Smoking ribs on the Big Green Egg. Smoking is a favorite past time and thankfully I’m better at it than photography!

In an offset smoker I tend to still get that smoke flavor but it is crisper. I believe this is due primarily to keeping an actual flame going throughout the cook.

Smoking on a Big Green Egg this time. Only authentic chunk charcoal and absolutely no lighter fluid to start this flame up.
